Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, I was approached by a cinematographer friend Dave Weldon to consider cutting a trailer
for a personal project he had shot in Portland, Oregon. It had no timetable for completion and little creative direction -- just a large bin of raw interviews
with passionate farmers, butchers, and entrepreneurial chefs. I sorted through everything provided and stitched together this short sizzle. It was shot on
a Blackmagic pocket camera, so I needed to do some light color grading and audition appropriate temp music tracks. What a delight
it was to cut a trailer with such beautiful footage... Dave truly made my job easy!
